Acting as Principal Contractor, we replaced all refrigeration plant, cabinets and coldstores with a new CO2 system, reducing greenhouse gas emissions by 100%, whilst the installation of heat reclaim plant and energy monitoring meters have significantly improved the energy efficiency of the store.

Additional works on this 14-week project included a light touch refurbishment of the store, together with a reconfiguration of sales floor fixtures & equipment. All completed in a live trading environment with no closure or removal of retail offers.
